Could somebody show me where in Obama’s speech did he applogize to the Muslim world for U.S. actions?

You left out the part in that section about the west. The U.S. did not have colonies but countries in Europe did so he was not applogizing for the actions of the U.S.
People just hear what they want to hear. Some people believe he should not even be taking to “them.” I say it is about time he is talking to the Muslim world.*
