obama celebrating diwali
Americans/Europeans: Do you know anything about Diwali and are you gonna celebrate it?
Well, I’m from India and we’re celebrating Diwali today – the festival of lights. I’d like to know what people of other cultures think about this festival and if they celebrate it. (Cause i just read in the paper that Obama lighted candles in White House as an expression of celebration)

Hello again! Yes i celebrate it as you now already know, over about four days. Many lights around my house which is semi detached so i can get all the way around 
Candles and Diyas in every corner of my home, lovely sweets and good foods and good, warm hearted friends. I’m of mixed culture and i love the Hindi faith/religion. It’s so full of love and light and not just at Diwali. Many many cultures could learn alot from it. Let’s love everyone and serve all )
