How will the Supreme Court decide today RE: the Obama citizenship lawsuits?

They are considering two cases today (with more in the pipline coming up). The choice today is to decide whether to hear the arguments or not.
birdie & Davester, these suits have nothing to do with the State of Hawaii. They are centered in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additional suits are still pending on cases brought in 14 other states, but none of them have reached the Supreme Court level yet.
I honestly believe that they will have to hear this case. It’s a direct Constitutional matter.
This case was brought up before a US District court on 5-Oct and no one paid attention to it due in part to the Financial Crisis
