What do you think about the speech Obama gave on Fatherhood earlier this week?
It is true that 70% of black children are born out of wedlock and that 55% of black children are brought up without a father. But this problem has been exacerbated by liberal social programs that reward these mothers for their bad behavior and let the fathers off the hook because the government is taking care of their families.
Liberal policies caused these problems. Before we had welfare, WIC. food stamps and other social programs, people depended on each other instead of depending on government.
