If Republicans are for the American people, why would GA Rep Tommy Benton want to cane marijuana users?

I think we should go to caning for people caught using and maybe execute dealers. That would solve the problem as well. That is what they do in Singapore and they don’t have a drug problem, but then they have less liberty than we do here.”

So… on one hand we have Obama and his cronies… and on the other side we have Republicans who want to cane and execute American citizens over smoking a plant.

What about Rep Steve King wanting national drug testing? He is also a Republican.
I have no problem with executing dealers. They directly or indirectly contribute to the death of people each day in america and they have no remorse over their actions. As far as caning users, not appropriate. Treat them, educate them, and incarcerate them until they get the message.
