Not only did the economic stimulus package of 2009 not create jobs, the economy lost 6 million jobs despite going in debt nearly $1 trillion to fund the plan, an analyst for The Heritage Foundation said Thursday in Alexandria at an economic forum hosted by Republican U.S. Sen. David Vitter.
