I am giving McCain all the states of the former Confederacy except Arkansas. I am giving McCain everything down the line from North Dakota to Oklahoma and every state west of that except for the Pacific Coast states of California, Oregon, and Washington.

Even if you give McCain all of the former Confederacy(including Missouri) and throw in Iowa. Obama still wins 283 to 255. McCain can only win in the South and Midwest, McCain is destined to be defeated.
