Fiscal Conservatives: What do you think of President Obama’s plan to stop tax loopholes and job outsourcing?

I don’t really agree with quite a few of the President’s domestic policies, particularly on health care, but I’m happy to see this one.
I’m totally sick of seeing US jobs going overseas, and hopefully this policy will put Americans first!
