Why do people here lie about Obama’s approval rating?
It is easy to look up. It only went slightly below 50% in the Rasmussen poll, which now shows it above 50% again. He has stayed above 50% in all the other polls tracked by Real Clear Politics. Why lie when you are so easily shown to be wrong? Do you think we are like the Fox audience, and won’t bother to check? Perhaps you are quoting some poll funded by conservatives and purposefully biased? I suppose you are going to call RCP a left-wing source, and all the major polling companies along with it?
Jax: I am looking at Rasmussen right now. I see a graph showing Presidential Approval Index from 1/21/09 to today. Strongly Disapprove only broke 40% occasionally, and never by much, if any, more than 1%. It has never been in the upper 40′s. Am I looking at the wrong site, or are you mistaken?

Now that Obama’s poll numbers are back up – Republicans no longer believe in polls. It was just that once.
