Why are some people so disrespectful?
Today, I was watching Obama’s inaugural speech in school. I was trying to take down notes on rhetorical techniques that he used in his speech. And then, 3 kids in my class sat next to me and started saying incredibly rude things. Not only is it rude, but they were loud and it was hard for me to listen.
They said things like:
“It would be so funny if Obama got shot”
and
“Nobody cares about Obama, so why should we listen to him?”
It made me so mad. Teenagers these days are so disrespectful! Why?
Platoken – I would be mad if they said that about anybody. Nobody deserves to be laughed at when they get shot.
You said dear, KIDS, are very immature, and never mind the other answer, he is really missing your point.
No answer as to why, but simply disrespectful rude and immature.
