Hii, I was watching Barack Obama’s pardoning of ‘Courage the Turkey’ and noticed how amazing his daughters hair was! It was Malia’s i just love it! It’s just pulled back into a high ponytail. :] If you mean how did she get it to be thin for a little while and then poofed out; you can put more then one ponytail holder on until it gets to the height you’d like it at. If you want the rounded-ness that she has; use mouse or gel to make it how you’d like, and then hairspray it to get it to stay if you’re going out somewhere.
