$13.5 Billion dollars and 22 years of work were wasted after Obama stopped the funding.
Whats changed his mind about nuclear power now? Or is it just more talk?

It will be a long time before one shovel full of dirt is ever turned to begin building any Nuclear Power plants. There are mountains of regulations, site studies, environmental impact studies and the usual lawsuits to be dealt with first. He knows that.
This is just an easy way to kick the can down the road for a while and look like he is compromising.
