am i liable for information i gave to a employment tribunal?
my ex boss is trying to sue me for liable for information i gave to a employment tribunal that i persived to be correct, he is threatening me with bailiffs to serve bankruptcy claim against me, the employment agaency have said the info i sent was priviledge but hes saying beacuse i sent it them via email it isnt!!?? it is a government protected site i dont understand quite worried as i want to buy my own house soon and dont want a claim on me, he hasnt sent me any official solictors letters just threatening emails at 3am
Get a lawyer.
Only you can file for bankruptcy but he may have a case on the privileged information matter.
