I need help with info on bankruptcy.?
Since 2005 i messed around with alot of my credit cards. I have a big debt on my head becuase i am unable to pay for the payments. The charges are mearly careless things such as resturaunts , purchases, medical, and more. When i started using my cards it was only for a few months time. Since then i havent used my cards. I have a debt of 7000 dollars. I an unable to pay it back as for i am unemployed. I decided to live off my cards a little more because thats the only solution for now. Should i file for bankruptcy in order to get rid of this big debt and start all over? Can i file for bankruptcy? IS it a hard processs? please advise.
