How and where would I obtain copies of my bankruptcy petition and discharge?
I lost some of my important papers when I moved..

The court.
I’d first ask the lawyer that handled your bankruptcy. Or, you go to the courthouse and get a copy.
You should have been given all of the final paperwork at the time of the discharge. Are you sure it’s been discharged?
