priority claims bankruptcy

Art school filing bankruptcy (Chp7), can prepaid tuition be claimed as unsecured priority (7)?
I enrolled my daughter in an Art school last December. I paid the tuition around $7,000 at registration for 20 courses to be taken in a period of one and half years. Now just half year later, only 5 courses have been taken and the school is filing bankruptcy (chap7). Can my prepaid tuition be claimed as Unsecured Priority (7) which is stated as “deposit toward purchase, lease, or rental of property or services for personal, family, or household use” in “Proof of Claim”? Thank you very much.
Check with a lawyer, I’m pretty sure your claim will be filed with the others and taken into account.
