What does First Interim Application for Compensation mean?
I received a notice from the court regarding my school that had to close down due to fraud. The school had to closed down while we were still enrolled and attending classes. I received this notice and it says, “The application requests Bankruptcy Court approval of interim compensation in the amount of (________).” Does this mean I get this money back?
You should get it back if the Bankruptcy Court approves it.
