Where can I find a letter to send to creditors?
I recently filed for bankruptcy and I need to write a letter that say’s that they need to contact my attorney and leave me alone.
Where can I find a sample letter to use.
If you have filed for bankruptcy, your attorney should have already sent letters, or the court sent the creditors petition for bankruptcy. However if you are making payments to your attorney until you can get him paid; you are not covered by any bankruptcy procedures as case has not been filed.
