search bankruptcy filings
How do I get lists of those who filed for bankruptcy?
I’d like the list directly from the court & not a 3rd party who charges money. Type search bankruptcy filings in Yahoo to see what I mean. Those companies that sell these lists must get them from somewhere. Anyone know where that “somewhere” is?
Thanks golferwhoworks. I looked into the PACER system & it is a lot cheaper than the 3rd parties. Though I still wish I knew exactly how these 3rd parties got their information.
sign up for the Pacer System. You can get a copy of almost all cases there and even print them out. OH yes it cost but it covers most states now. It was free until Pacer came along. Each page is 10 cents to print
