obama email scandal

Some people out there seem to want to criticize Senator John McCain’s choice for a running mate citing that she lacks experience just as much as Senator Barack Obama. Quite simply put, they couldn’t be more wrong.
Yes, McCain’s campaign has been critical of Obama’s lack of experience. And as even many of Obama’s supporters put it, they have been justified in doing so. But, comparing Governor Sarah Palin to Obama in this regard is one concept that is simply irrational if not ludicrous.
First off, Obama literary has zero executive experience. Working in a legislative capacity for a few short years is by no means comparable to the resume of a mayor turned governor of the nation’s largest geographical state.
Second, Palin is running for vice president and thus will be the second name on the ballot. Conversely, Obama is running for president, the highest executive office in the land. Correct me if I’m wrong but there is a pretty big difference there.
Palin is a dedicated family woman who has stayed true to her convictions in politics and her personal life. She has the highest approval rating of any governor in any state. And, she’s taken on government corruption in both parties. That’s certainly not something we can say about Obama.
I understand that Obama has a certain eloquence and appeal, especially to the youth of our nation. He has a level of charisma and is, of course, quite different from anyone who has ever been in his position before. However, his celebrity-like status and cult following does not make a good candidate. In fact, as Rudy Giuliani put it in a speech at the Republican National Convention on September 4, Obama is the least experienced potential president in at least the last century.
The problem seems to be the excessively liberal response to McCain’s choice for a running mate. The bottom line is that they can’t find any single tangible event or scandal they can attach to her. Her squeaky clean and admirable record is frustrating would be mud slingers. So, they are resorting to any little thing they can get their hands on to try and manufacture a scandal. That’s really quite pathetic.
Palin is a woman of conviction, courage and God willing, the next Vice President of the United States.
