what is YOUR opinion on California’s Budget Cuts on higher education ?
anything you would like to say would be good. how is it effecting you personally? what do you think should change? why do you think this is going on? do you think President Obama is able to fix this or only make it worse?

Obama cannot do anything to make it better, there are too many urgent problems to look at before education, like health care and war. California got it’s self into this mess and they cannot expect the federal government to bail them out. The recent increase of 33% on tuition rates at some California schools makes it difficult for California residents to attend school, it is always supposed to be the cheaper option to attend in-state. In California education is now in an emergency situation, so schools really need to re-work how they are spending their money, starting with cutting salaries, especially in high up offices.
