Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, if dismissed can I refile again?
My ex-husband lost his job and we are unable to make our monthly payments right now for the Chapter 13. We both pay 1/2 of the monthly payment. Someone told him that if it was dismissed, we could turn around and refile again for Chapter 13. We live in Texas.
Now if we refile I want to do it separately this time, since we got a divorce after our original filing. That way he pays his, and I pay mine.
