I received a Lawsuit from the Timeshare Company, Do I have to pay it?
I received a Lawsuit from the Timeshare Company. My husband applied for Bankruptcy in 2007. We’d included this debt on the file. But we both signed the timeshare contract. Does that mean I’m responsible to pay it? What should I do?
