wells fargo bankruptcy freeze
I am filing bankruptcy and my attorney said Wells Fargo will freeze my accounts. I don’t owe them money. ?
Can they do this? Why? The bankruptcy has nothing to do with them.
The bankruptcy has nothing to do with them, but they can freeze your accounts under order of the court on filing so you don’t withdraw all your money which would be used to satisfy creditors claims against you.
Why did you not ask your lawyer this, when he told you?
