what does GM’s bankruptcy mean for the release of the Camaro?
As for it’s release, it is already out. As for it’s popularity. Have yet to see one not still sitting on a dealer lot. (And I live in a town with a GM plant) . So with all considering, GM signed their DC years ago anyway. Too little way Too Late ! I’m sure they will sell a few of them naturally. But as far as it being their saving grace….ain’t happening. I mean really, if the Charger and Challenger couldn’t do it for Chrysler. How in the world would the hapless Camaro ever even think about holding Chevy’s head above water.One day the car makers are going to have to realize the muscle car era is long over. And they can no longer live on yesteryear. Past laurels are great for history books, but it doesn’t do much for your future if you don’t innovate. Nothing like buying a product from a Co. and then handing them all your tax dollars also. Some may like getting double dipped, but not me. Not now, not ever.
