What if you don’t know all your creditors for bankruptcy?
I’ve been working on declaring bankruptcy for a little while, but I keep running into the same issue…I don’t remember all my creditors. A lot of my debt is from when I was in college a few years ago, I have a bunch of doctor’s bills but I don’t remember exactly which doctors I saw, accounts have been transferred to outisde agencies, stuff like that. I understood what my lawyer said as any debt I don’t list on my bankruptcy is basically tough luck, so I want to get it all…but how do I go about doing this? I pulled my credit report already, what else can I do?

There isn’t much you can do. With the medical bills, did you have any insurance at all? They may have records. Were you hospitilized? Check there also.
